DO I REALLY NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT ??

Yes. The deposit will book the date and the time you want the shoot to happen. In case you need to cancel, most likely I would have booked another client for that date and time. Your preferred date and time is not booked until the deposit has been paid..

WHEN IS THE REST OF THE PAYMENT DUE ??

The rest of the payment, including any travel fee is due immediately after the shoot is done, before we both leave the site.

CAN I TAKE A RAIN CHECK ??

If for any force majeure reason, like a crazy storm, act of God, or I get sick we can use your deposit towards a re-schedule. If for any other reason you can not make it to the shoot, the deposit will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule your shoot, for any reason, I will need to be notified at least 14 days before the scheduled date, otherwise you will need to pay the deposit fee again, if you wish to reschedule your shoot.

HOW WILL THE FILES BE DELIVERED TO ME??

You will receive your files through WeTransfer, which is a free and easy-to-use online transferring service. You will be sent a link, which you can use to send your images to family, friends and to print! This download link expires within a few days, so please download and save your images right away! Please make sure to back up your files as well.

WHEN WILL THE FILES BE DELIVERED TO ME ??

You will receive your files within 2 weeks of the photoshoot.

HOW LONG WILL YOU KEEP MY IMAGES ??

I try to keep them for at least 6 months, and then I delete all files. It is the clients responsibility to download, store and back up their own files.

CAN I SELECT WHICH IMAGES I GET ??

Unfortunately no. I pride myself in selecting the best images that will be the most flattering, and represent my work. The images that I do not choose are most likely out of focus, or of you blinking, speaking or just a bunch of the same repeats. Trust me, I want you to have the best photos from our session!

CAN I SEE OR HAVE THE UNEDITED IMAGES ??

No, sorry.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY SHOOT ??

Whatever you feel comfortable and confident in, and if it empowers you even better! My goal is to document this period of your life while creating something timeless, so with that in mind, I recommend avoiding distracting patterns, and accessories that may come out of fashion soon. In the end whatever helps you bring out your true self is what is gonna translate the best in the photos.

WILL YOU HELP ME WITH POSING ??

My goal is to capture the real you, so I do not focus on forced poses, or making you do unrealistic things, that’s just not my style. If you would like to, it might be a good idea to save some reference photos that you like, and we can use them for inspiration once we are shooting. Another good idea is to bring a friend that can help you communicate your ideas and help you with the posing- a good hype mate is always welcomed!

CAN I PICK THE STYLE OF EDITING FOR MY FINAL IMAGES ??

I don’t stick to one specific style. Everyone’s story is very different, and there are other things -some of which are outside of my control, such as weather, light etc…- to take into consideration when editing. While I rely heavily on a vintage/dreamy style, the final editing is reflective of who my client is and how things actually felt during the shoot. The artistic choices I make are not to benefit me because this is your moment, not mine.

WILL YOU PHOTOSHOP HOW I LOOK IN MY PHOTOS ??

No. My goal is to capture you as your true authentic self, in whatever stage in life you find yourself, so I will not alter the way you look. I want you to look back at these images and recognize who you were at that time. If you feel self conscious about something, please let me know and I will do my best to keep that in mind when posing you. But if you do want your images to be retouched, I can recommend you some editors of my choice who will work on the final images.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE FINAL RESULT ??

I have never had a client tell me they did not like my services in all my years of photography. The best way to make sure that you are happy with the final result is by making sure that you read all of the FAQ thoroughly, ask me any questions you might have, and do all you can to prepare yourself for your photoshoot; that includes picking a location that you love, and an outfit that you are comfortable and confident in. In the end, if I have performed my professional photography services, delivered all that is included in the package that you chose and you are not happy with the final images, there is nothing I can do…

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT MY IMAGES ON YOUR WEBSITE/INSTAGRAM ETC… ??

I rely solely on my previous photoshoots to market myself on the internet and bring in more clients, but if you REALLY do not want me to use your photos, I get it!- There is a fee that can be added to your package in order to waive this. Please make sure to mention this in your email.

OKAY, FINE… CAN I THEN PICK WHICH IMAGES YOU MAY OR MAY NOT USE ??

No, I could use any of the final images.
